The Department of Justice is wading into the campus free speech fight. Young America's Foundation and the Berkeley College Republicans have sued the University of California at Berkeley for infringing on their free speech, and the DOJ has filed a statement of interest on their behalf, saying that public universities have no right to violate students' constitutional right to free speech.
