Julie from North Dakota called in to "Glenn" and told Glenn Beck how she discovered him. She had just read a book at church about the Founding Fathers called "The 5000 Year Leap." She didn't understand why she couldn't find anyone in the media talking about it.

One night, she caught a re-run on television and was happily shocked to find an affable guy talking about this very book. Deeply moved, she said to herself "There's the guy who can bring us together and wake people up."

She even reported that some of her liberal friends think Glenn is "not as crazy" as they thought he was.

Glenn replied, "Without changing our principals, or changing what we believe is right, we are trying to change minds." He said talk show hosts need to be able to present arguments that people who don't think like them can understand.
