Alleged corruption uncovered inside Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski's campaign

Project Veritas investigation raises questions about Alaska Ballot Measure 2

James O'Keefe of Project Veritas recently uncovered allegations from the campaign of Alaskan Senator Lisa Murkowski.

O'Keefe and the Project Veritas team exposed Murkowski's campaign for allegedly messaging for dark money sources. A campaign staffer for Sen. Lisa Murkowski described how publicly exposing dark money in Alaska politics "would be bad for Lisa if the other campaigns start highlighting it.’

Ballot Measure 2: Project Veritas Action press secretary R.C. Maxwell confronted Senator Murkowski and her campaign’s communications director, Shea Siegert, to clear up questions raised after multiple paid Murkowski staffers affirmed on video that Ballot Measure 2 [Ranked-Choice Voting] was designed to keep the incumbent senator in office.

According to Murkowski, Ballot Measure 2 was a ballot initiative brought before the people of Alaska and made it through the Alaska process. Project Veritas states that former Murkowski staffer, Rachel Jackson, spearheaded the initiative, raising questions about why the initiative was proposed and who benefits the most from the new voting system.

Aren't sure who Lisa Murkowski is? Despite running as a Republican in 2002, Senator Lisa Murkowski voted with President Barack Obama's positions more than she sided with Republicans. For example, she opposed the confirmation of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh and supported Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson. She was one of seven Republican senators to vote to convict Donald Trump of incitement of insurrection in his second impeachment trial.
