Wasserman Schultz allowed staffer under investigation access to congressional emails
May 03, 2017
The Daily Caller has an exclusive report about a congressional IT staffer for Debbie Wasserman Schultz who allegedly threatened to have his stepmother's family members Samina Gilani kidnapped if she spoke with investigators.
Imran Awan is being investigated by Capitol Police on suspicion that he and his brother Jamal abused their access to sensitive congressional data. The Daily Caller's Luke Rosiak broke the story and joined Dana Loesch today on "Dana" to discuss new details.
Rosiak stated that Wasserman Schultz has promoted Awan to policy adviser as a way to get around his ban from the House network. Additionally, just before his father died, Awan changed the beneficiary on his father's $50,000 life insurance policy from his stepmother to himself without her knowledge.
