Watch: Glenn: GOP's corporate tax cut will be a 'boom' for the economy

One of the most important provisions in the GOP's plan for a tax overhaul is a big cut to the corporate tax rate. The legislation would slash the corporate tax rate from 35 percent to 20 percent.

"That is huge," Glenn said on today's show. "If Trump signs this into law ... you'll see a boom to the economy."

The bill passed in the Senate on Friday and next needs to return to the House for a vote. Republicans are under pressure to merge the Senate and House's respective plans for tax reform before the end of the year.
