Watch: Glenn: Here's why the Second Amendment is the 'strongest right

In America, we are innocent until proven guilty. In a similar way, we have the right to bear arms with no exception unless a court finds proof that that right will be abused to hurt other people.

As the gun debate rages on, Glenn wanted to make something very clear: The Second Amendment is a fundamental right, and it cannot be infringed upon without endangering all of our other constitutional rights.

"The Second Amendment is the strongest right because there is no 'unless,' there is no ifs, and or buts," Glenn said on today's show. "According to our system of government, you are born with certain rights, and they can't ever be taken away from you ... unless there's an exception. But there is one right [the Second Amendment] that says, 'shall not be infringed.'"
