Surprise: Cenk Uygur might be a little bit racist

In case you needed proof that the left's characterization of conservatives as "racist" were bogus, former MSNBC host Cenk Uygur happily demonstrates the point for us.

Appearing on his internet broadcast "The Young Turks" last week, Uygur and his co-host attacked an ad for RightChange.com as "racist" and stereotypical for their animated depiction of President Obama and First Lady Michelle. "Obviously they're trying to make him seem like this incompetent loser who doesn't know how to say anything," Uygur's co-host points out. "[Michelle] sounds like a sterotype."

The only problem -- Politizoid doesn't employ an impersonator and the audio featured in the video actually came from the Obamas themselves.

Here's the video -- big h/t to Townhall's Katie Pavlich who uncovered this gem:

Just putting you on notice, America -- apparently "skiddle dat, skiddle dee" is raaaacist slang.

Politizoid, the team behind the animated shorts, was quick to point out Uygur's misjudgment:

PolitiZoid relies on real audio from public figures, and the audio for this episode comes from a special White House rendition of the classic children’s book, Chicka Chicka Boom Boom.Clearly uneducated in the great literary classics, the Turkish youngsters assume that the voices are done by impersonators spewing gibberish to make Barack and Michelle sound incompetent and stereotypically black.

So, really, who is acting like a racist (or, as Cenk says, "racialist")?
