After suffering a staggering blow in both the Michigan and Arizona Primaries, Rick Santorum looked forward to Super Tuesday, focusing on health care and the economy. Delivering a concession speech in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Tuesday night, Santorum had scathing words for President Obama more than for his rival Mitt Romney and and positioned himself as the candidate to beat in 2012.
"We came into the backyard of one of my opponents, in a race that everyone said, just ignore, you really don’t have much chance here," Santorum said. "All I have to say is, 'I love you back.'"
