--Bill Maher in an interview describing the difference between him calling Sarah Palin a "c*nt" and Rush Limbaugh calling law student and political activist Sandra Fluke a "slut." A civilian? There's no evidence Fluke was paid directly or indirectly to share her thoughts on contraception on national television in the most public forum possible (Congress), but willingly thrusting herself into the middle of a political controversy makes her the exact opposite of a "civilian."
