We're still a long way off from Florida's 2014 gubernatorial election -- and it's a good thing, too.
According to a new poll (via the Tampa Bay Times), Gov. Rick Scott (R) would be soundly defeated in a match-up today against former Gov. Charlie Crist (RD), assuming Crist runs as a Democrat and wins the nomination.
With a margin of error +/- 3.46%, the numbers don't look good for Scott:
Rick Scott 34.1%Charlie Crist 48.1%
Other 5.0%
Don't Know/Refused 12.8%
