Assemblyman Hakeem S. Jeffries has defeated Councilman Charles Barron to win the Democratic nomination in Brooklyn’s Eighth Congressional District, according to The Associated Press. ...Mr. Barron blamed his defeat on the Democratic establishment, “the white media,” “the Wall Street elite,” and Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo, among other entities.
And that David Duke endorsement probably didn't help, either.
