Ted Cruz, Miley Cyrus on 'Person of the Year' shortlist

TIME magazine will announced Wednesday who it has selected as its "Person of the Year." In the meantime, TIME Managing Editor Nancy Gibbs said on NBC's "Today" Monday that Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and singer Miley Cyrus are both on the shortlist for consideration to claim the title.
