Viral Video Shows 'Really Clever Bird' Using Plastic Lid to Sled Down Snow-Covered Roof

A video of a crow employing a plastic mayonnaise lid to sled down a snow-covered rooftop has gone viral in the past few days, achieving over one million views as of Sunday afternoon.

The video, which was actually uploaded in 2012, but only started garnering mass attention this week, shows a bird riding down a roof and then picking up his make-shift sled, flying it to the top of the roof and repeating the act over and over again.

It was not clear why the clip went viral this week, but users on YouTube seemed to enjoy it as a funny video to fit the cold winter season.
