3 Republicans will respond to Obama's State of the Union speech

This might be a little excessive.

After President Obama delivers his State of the Union address on Tuesday, three Republicans out of Congress will give rebuttals. The only official one will be delivered by Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers of Washington. She is giving the GOP's response.

Sen. Mike Lee from Utah will give the Tea Party address, a relatively new event that started in 2011. Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul, who delivered the Tea Party address in 2013, announced Thursday that he'll deliver his own personal response via his email lists and social media.
