Meet the Woman Who Claims Jesus Appeared on Her Toe in the Form of a Bruise After 'Holy Dirt' Was Rubbed on It

"...this is the first time I ever used it and I’m seeing something kind of come out full circle..."

Imagine badly injuring your foot only to find a resulting bruise that resembles Jesus Christ's face.

As odd as it might sound, that's exactly what Paula Osuna of Albuquerque, N.M., is claiming happened this month after she took a tumble down a staircase at her home, KRQE-TV reported.

After asking her fiance to rub some "holy dirt" from a pilgrimage he took to Chimayo, N.M., on the wounded area, Osuna said her relatives noticed something quite odd show up on her second toe the next day: an image of Jesus Christ's face formed by bruising.

"My family has always done the pilgrimages to Chimayo and this is the first time I ever used it and I’m seeing something kind of come out full circle I guess," Osuna, who believes the image was a true holy sighting, told KRQE-TV.
