For those unfamiliar with ABC's political drama "Scandal," starring Kerry Washington who plays a professional crisis fixer, the show is characterized by three things: Washington's character Olivia Pope perpetually dressed in a stylish white jacket; her late night, wine-revved phone calls with the president; and her multiple affairs with powerful men.
A parody of the show by Rep. Donna Edwards (D-Md.) touched on all of those things in the best way possible. It played during Wednesday night's Washington Press Club Foundation annual dinner in Washington, D.C., and while it was funny, Edwards' speech after the video reportedly didn't go so well.
