Update: Bill Shine, executive vice president of programming at Fox News, released a statement Wednesday: "Senator Brown has renewed his contributor agreement with FOX News. The previous year long agreement expired on February 11th and was never terminated — this was purely administrative. We look forward to his continuing political analysis and insight across the network."
A spokesman for Brown told TheBlaze Blog that they're "unsure why" The Boston Globe reported Brown had split with Fox News.

Fox News and Scott Brown, former Republican senator of Massachusetts, have ended their working relationship.
A Fox spokesperson told The Boston Globe on Tuesday that Brown is "out of contract."
Brown joined Fox one year ago as a contributor, sometimes substituting as a guest host for various programs, including "The O'Reilly Factor." The last time he was on air for Fox News was on Feb. 4.
Brown is widely anticipated to declare another bid for Senate out of New Hampshire, following his failed bid for reelection out of Massachusetts.
