Man Dressed Like Pirate, Carrying Cross and Armed With Machete Accused of 'Stabbing a Car

An Oregon man carrying a cross, dressed like a pirate and armed with a machete was arrested Tuesday after allegedly "stabbing a car with a sword."
According to Portland police, Konrad Bass, 30, was high on LSD at the time of the incident, KPTV reported. He was taken to the hospital following the wild incident.
A witness tweeted several photos from the incident.
