New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) crashed a bachelorette party Friday evening after speaking at a Republican Party dinner in Nashville where he was denounced by a local Tea Party president.
Earlier, Nashville Tea Party president Ben Cunningham had said on MSNBC that the selection of Christie to deliver the keynote was "extremely unfortunate" and would "cloud" the party's future.
Christie, who some speculate may launch a bid for the White House in 2016, however, delivered the address and then proceeded to a local restaurant.
That's when he stumbled upon a bachelorette party in progress.
A Philadelphia Inquirer reporter happened to be at the scene, capturing providing a play-by-play on Twitter.

To be clear: Christie was mingling at a restaurant. The bachelorette party (the start of it, at least) happened to be there. #nashville
