Islamic State Militant Group Posts Sickening Photos of Child Reenacting James Foley Execution

"Teach your children..."

An activist with the Islamic State militant group posted two disturbing photos of a young child acting out the decapitation of a doll, apparently in an attempt to reenact the videotaped beheading of American journalist James Foley last week by a British jihadist.

The images were posted by the Twitter account Time Of The Caliphate, which according to Britain’s Daily Mirror belongs to an Islamic State supporter.

The first photo shows the boy wearing a black hood with three holes cut out revealing only his eyes and mouth. He holds the baby doll by the hair in one hand and a large knife in the other. The doll – like Foley during his execution video – was dressed in an orange prisoner jumpsuit.

The child is seen standing in front of a makeshift black Islamic State flag.

The second image posted on Twitter showed the doll with its head chopped off, red paint around the neck and a large knife resting on top.

“Teach your children to cut necks, tomorrow there will be a lot of rotten heads,” the caption of the picture stated, the Times of Israel reported.

TheBlaze is unable to independently authenticate the photos or where and when they were taken.

Earlier this month, an Australian-born 7-year-old boy was photographed holding the severed head of a Syrian soldier. The Times of Israel reported that his father, convicted terrorist Khaled Sharrouf who is an Islamic State jihadi, posted the photo on Twitter.

“This image, perhaps even an iconic photograph … really one of the most disturbing, stomach-turning, grotesque photographs ever displayed,” U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said of the Syria photo. “Of a 7-year-old child holding a severed head up with pride and with the support and encouragement of a parent, with brothers there. That child should be in school, that child should be out learning about a future, that child should be playing with other kids, not holding a severed head and out in the field of combat.”
