Supercut: Watch Democrats repeatedly deny that the GOP would take the Senate

Despite pre-election polling data indicating Republicans were in good shape to take control of the Senate on Tuesday, many Democratic leaders and liberal commentators seemed oblivious to the possibility.

Before the clock struck midnight, the GOP had regained control of the Senate, captured more seats in the House of Representatives and managed to increase the number of states with Republican governors.

So, the question must be asked — did the Democrats have different polling data, or were they just denying the inevitable?
