Kicking a woman in the back as she holds a 3-month-old baby?
That's a whole new low.
New York police said they apprehended Alonzo Brown, the 18-year-old suspect in a brutal attack on a young mother in the Bronx on Friday.

In surveillance footage released by law enforcement, the man who police have identified as Brown can be seen walking up behind the victim, a 24-year-old woman with her 3-month-old child strapped to her chest, and then, it appears, kicking her to the ground.

The suspect can be seen stooping to retrieve something...

The attack occurred around 12:45 p.m. on Friday, WPIX-TV reported; the victim had her cellphone stolen in the assault.

An NYPD spokeswoman told TheBlaze Tuesday morning that Brown had been taken into custody and charges were pending.
