Martin O'Malley teases 'stay tuned' for POTUS announcement with some very telling musical accompaniment

Former Maryland Democratic Gov. Martin O'Malley is telling everyone to "stay tuned" for an announcement.

We're pretty sure we know what it is.

A video posted Friday morning has O'Malley plucking out the familiar notes of "Hail to the Chief" on guitar.

O'Malley's planned Saturday morning announcement will make him the third declared candidate for the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination, joining former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders.
