George H.W. Bush Breaks Bone in Neck After Fall, Is in Stable Condition

Former President George H.W. Bush broke his neck Wednesday after a fall at his Maine home, a spokesman said.

Bush is said to be in stable condition at the hospital, but will be wearing a neck brace, the spokesman added.

The former president was in the hospital late last year after experiencing a shortness of breath.

Bush is 91 years old.
