Reporter Presses Donald Trump to Name His Favorite Bible Verse — Take a Look at How He Responds

"I'm wondering what one or two of your most favorite Bible verses are."

Presidential candidate Donald Trump declined to name his favorite Bible verse during a Wednesday interview, despite being pressed by Bloomberg Managing Editor Mark Halperin.

The question to the real estate mogul came as Trump offers praise to the Bible during speeches at campaign events.

"You have been talking about how it's your favorite book," Halperin said. "I'm wondering what one or two of your most favorite Bible verses are."

"Well, I wouldn't want to get into it," Trump replied. "Because that's very personal. You know, when I talk about the Bible it's vey personal. So I don't want to get into it."

Halperin pressed, again asking if he would name a favorite verse or two.

"No, I don't want to do that," Trump said.

Another reporter asked the billionaire if he is an "Old Testament guy or New Testament."

"Probably equal. I think it's just incredible, the whole Bible is incredible," Trump said.
