ATLANTA (TheBlaze/AP) -- Dozens of current and former prison guards in Georgia have been indicted on charges of accepting bribes and drug trafficking.
Authorities raided multiple state prisons Thursday morning, resulting in the arrests of 46 current and former corrections officers, WSB-TV reported .
