Cruz Jokes About Running Trump Over: 'If I Were in My Car Getting Ready to Reverse & Saw Donald...

Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz joked Wednesday night on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" about running 2016 rival Donald Trump over with a car.

The remark came when host Jimmy Kimmel asked Cruz who he liked less: President Barack Obama or Trump?

"I dislike Obama’s policies more, but Donald — Donald is a unique individual," Cruz replied.

He then joked about what he would do if he looked into his rear view mirror and saw the billionaire.

"I will say, I was watching the early part of the show, and if I were in my car getting ready to reverse and saw Donald in the backup camera, I’m not confident which pedal I’d push," Cruz said, prompting immediate laughter from the audience.
