After watching the movie, "Thank You For Your Service," TheBlaze's own Kris Cruz, an Air Force Veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, joined Doc Thompson and Kal Elsebai on "The Morning Blaze" to share what it's like to suffer the scars of war.

"It's getting to the point that the pettiness of the world ... we're focusing on the wrong things," said Cruz, adding, "It's so damn stupid [the things] we're focusing on, while the brothers and sisters are killing themselves ....  All we want to do is be back. All we want is just to be normal .... Just let us be and get out of our way."
