Listen: Glenn shares his 2018 predictions – what he says about millennials is a surprise
January 09, 2018
What’s going on?
Glenn made some bold predictions on today’s show, surprising Stu by saying that he thought millennials would be smart enough to ignore political parties and get back to ideas.
Glenn thinks Democrats and Republicans will have to change direction and revamp their platforms for millennial and Gen Z voters in the coming years. He even predicted that millennials will find a healthier alternative to socialism as they become disenchanted by the current political parties.
Glenn’s prediction:
“A new understanding of a kinder and more ethical capitalism will be ‘rediscovered’ by millennials over socialism in the coming years. A new strain of ‘non-hippie libertarianism’ will be formed. We will see the early signs of this movement in 2018. It will be the alternative to a Bernie Sanders-style socialism.”
