Sheriff issues dire warning about America's growing national security threat, and this time, it's not about open borders

According to Ohio Sheriff Richard K. Jones, there are more threats to our national security now than before 9/11 — but President Joe Biden has still refused to meet with the National Sheriffs' Association for three years.

“These are people that are wanting to do us harm,” Jones tells Glenn Beck, adding that it’s not just border security we have to be worried about.

“The Chinese are attacking our infrastructure, such as our electrical grid,” he says, noting that his sheriff’s office in Ohio has already been under attack. “Our system was hacked by the Ukrainians before they were sort of our friend.”

“We get five times a day the Chinese try to get us, and three times a day the Iranians now,” he says.

But the threat isn’t just digital.

“We’ve had 20,000 military-age adults come to the United States just in California, 20,000 so far this year,” he warns. “The Russians are coming in, Chinese are coming in, and they’re destroying our country.”

“People might be afraid of this, but you should be informed so you understand what we’re facing,” Glenn says, noting that the digital threat makes the physical threat even worse.

“If they hack into our water systems, if they hack into our communications, you don’t have communications for a week and a half, what do you think’s going to happen? You have 72 hours before society starts to break down,” Glenn explains.

“In 72 hours the bad guys realize ‘Wow, nobody’s coming,’ and they take charge,” he adds.
