This is HUGE! Texas defies SCOTUS and rebuilds wire border fence

The ongoing battle between the Biden administration and the state of Texas continues. On Monday, the Supreme Court ruled that federal border agents be permitted to cut and remove razor wire Texas had set up to prevent illegal crossings.

Gov. Greg Abbott responded by issuing a statement declaring Texas’ constitutional right to self-defense as the supreme law of the land that overrides any federal statutes imposed by the government.

Now Texas has taken it a step farther by rebuilding the wire border fence that had been cut per Biden’s orders.

Showing a clip of the Texas National Guard being deployed at the border, Dave Rubin notes that “those are good decent Americans … doing what is right for their state.”

“They are only doing it because for months now the federal government has not done anything about [the border crisis]. Actually the federal government has gone out of its way to make sure that, as Greg Abbott pointed out, 6 million people in three years” crossed our border, says Dave, noting that this mass admittance is an “intentional” way to “destroy a nation from the inside.”

Another clip shows razor-wire fences being rebuilt along the border.

“It actually does work,” says Dave, which is why the federal government “[doesn’t] like barbed wire.”
