Did the media mislead and anger voters by claiming Russia 'hacked the election'?

Stu Burguiere explains that while the media attempted to repeatedly claim Russia "hacked the election" to anger voters, the hacks didn't actually affect the vote tallying machines or other election equipment. Stu explains that although he believes Russian probably did hack the election, he doesn't believe it affected the outcome.
