DNC SCANDAL: Former chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz shielded IT aide from hacker probe
June 06, 2018
Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fl.) resigned in disgrace as DNC chair in 2016, but her days of making headlines are far from over.
Schultz reportedly tried to protect her then-IT aide, Imran Awan, from a House probe investigating a hacking job, sources told the Daily Caller. Awan had “unauthorized access” to House servers in July 2016, just days before Wikileaks released its first batch of stolen DNC emails.
On today's show, Sara and Jason caught up on the latest development in this complicated political scandal.
