Sacramento County supervisor thwarted from protesting COVID restrictions

Sacramento County Supervisor Sue Frost is under fire after she dared to help organize a protest against COVID-19 restrictions via a social media app.

A local news outlet reported that Frost is very outspoken against mask mandates and recently was discovered taking part in a conversation on the social media app Telegram. Frost attempted to assist with organizing a similar protest to the ones that have taken place at the Canada-U.S. border, which is a no-no ... obviously.

"I support ending the COVID-19 restrictions, and getting life back to normal so our businesses can thrive and children can go to school without having to wear a mask," Frost said in a statement. Adding she "absolutely denounces" any violent extremists groups and "wants no association with them."

Frost’s efforts to organize a California convoy will not be happening in Sacramento, according to her chief of staff.
