'How do you not know who this is?' Glenn Beck roasts AOC for quoting Nazi sympathizer — twice

Socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is facing intense backlash for quoting former Argentine first lady Eva Perón -- also known as "Evita" -- a known Nazi sympathizer who helped her husband, Argentine President Juan Perón, destroy their country's economy through socialism.

In response to a new book, "American Carnage," that said President Donald Trump once compared Ocasio-Cortez to Eva Perón, the freshman lawmaker tweeted, "'I know that, like every woman of the people, I have more strength than I appear to have.' - Evita Perón".

She added a second tweet, which read: "'I had watched for many years and seen how a few rich families held much of Argentina's wealth and power in their hands. So the government brought in an eight hour working day, sickness pay and fair wages to give poor workers a fair go.' - Evita Perón".

"How do you not know who this is? I mean, Hitler said stuff like this," said Glenn Beck on today's radio program.

"Her fans, they don't care because I think they are as ignorant as she is," said Pat Gray. "They don't know who Eva Perón is. They don't know what she stood for ... and so, it doesn't surprise me to see her tweet out [Perón's] quotes."
