Dan--the colors of the circles are comical as well. Notice the little red state/blue state dynamic they have going on there? It's adorable.
The super-awesome tax cuts for the hard working Americans are nice and blue, but the evil angry rich people tax cuts by republicans are mean and red. Even the lower end tax cuts in the republican column are represented as blue, despite the fact they were originally passed by republicans, and also currently supported by them.
In reality, shouldn't they all be red? I mean, ALL of the tax cuts were passed by republicans. Democrats were the ones opposing them back then--in the Senate they opposed the 2003 tax cut by a razor thin margin of 46-2. And now, they want us to believe they're tax cutters because they are keeping some of the tax cuts in place that they initially opposed?
I hope someone breaks the real numbers down on a chalkboard for me at some point soon...Glenn?????
