Earlier this week, Rep. Ted Poe, R-Texas, took to the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives to speak out about domestic violence. With him, his grandson was treated to one of the best seats from which he could watch and listen to his grandfather speak. Unfortunately, it looks like Poe's grandson was up a little too late the night before:
