Tebow's Win In Biblical Terms -- Stats Match His Favorite Verse, John 3:16
January 09, 2012
Tim Tebow threw for 316 yards and averaged 31.6 yards per pass.
Tim Tebow's favorite bible verse is John 3:16. He had that verse inscribed in his eye-black during the NCAA National championship game in 2009.
Last year, when Florida unveiled a statue of Tim Tebow, that same bible verse is on his eyes.
In December, during a post game interview, Tebow reiterated to a young lady that his favorite bible verse is, indeed, John 3:16.
With all of this in mind, is it really surprising to learn that, against the very tough Steelers defense, Tim Tebow threw for 316 yards and averaged 31.6 yards per pass? If you are skeptical, check the math here.
Coincidence?
For those not familiar with John 3:16 -
