First Lady and Late Night's Jimmy Fallon Engage in Playful Tug-O-War

Typically a dignified setting, The Blue Room at the White House morphed into late-night comedy set last month when first lady Michelle Obama engaged in a playful game tug of war with host Jimmy Fallon, according to a photo released by the White House  today.

Fallon and his team recorded the scene as part of a show meant to promote Mrs. Obama’s commitment to physical activity — and good humor — on the second anniversary of her “Let’s Move!” initiative aimed at combating childhood obesity.

The late-night segment will mark a three-day tour to commence this Thursday with stops in Iowa, Arkansas, Texas and Florida marking the Let's Move! anniversary. The Blaze previously reported that the first lady will appear at a Fort Worth Olive Garden to speak to a group of those committed to healthy eating.
