Check Out These DIY Weapons Made Using...Trash

"The smell alone is nasty."

Joerg Sprave has done it again. The man who maintains the Slingshot Channel on YouTube has released yet another DIY tutorial of weapons made from every day items. This time he is showing you how to weaponize your own trash.

Responding to a challenge from COLORS magazine, Sprave dives into items salvaged from garbage. He headed to his local forest to forage for the trash, which may seem like unusual location, but he seems to have found a broom handle, cat food cans, a pair of jeans, clothes line, crushed red chili (he calls this a "valuable find"), a perfume bottle, batteries, a clothes pin and a pair of "quite clean" and "snappy" rubber gloves. One can only imagine what Sprave will make from these items, but here's a quick list to fill you in:

  • "Very, very vicious red" pepper spray
  • Bolas
  • Crossbow
