ABC's Good Morning America co-anchor Robin Robertsannounced today that she has a blood disorder as a result of the breast cancer treatment she had been receiving until five months ago.
Michelle Obama used her Twitter account to show some support.

The Obamas and Roberts have a relationship. Roberts was specifically chosen by the White House for the famous interview last month in which the president came out in support of gay marriage.
Roberts is already scheduled to treat the disorder this fall with a bone marrow transplant from her sister.
