More names of scheduled speakers at the Democratic National Convention have been released.
Previously announced: Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) and Deval Patrick, who succeeded Mitt Romney as governor of Massachusetts.
New names belong to high-profile women in politics, including one-time U.S. Senate hopeful Caroline Kennedy and political activists Sandra Fluke and Lily Ledbetter.
The release of the names coincides with the controversy that has brewed over Republican U.S. Senate Candidate Todd Akin's "legitimate rape" comment. Democrats have used the remark to frame Republicans as anti-women.
The Huffington Post has more names from the list.
