News Corp. CEO Rupert Murdoch, born in Australia, has taken up immigration reform as a political cause of late. In June he chided House Republican leadership, tweeting that they were "missing great opportunity," should they not work with the Senate to pass reform.
Murdoch continued on the subject Thursday:
Independence Day. Immigration is our history and immigration MUST be our future. Multi-ethnicities and equality under law for all.
