Geraldo's 'crippled' foot is all messed up

In early August Fox News anchor Geraldo Rivera tweeted that he had been invited to compete in ABC's "Dancing with the Stars," but turned down the offer, due to having "a bad foot." A rep for the popular game show declined to confirm the invite to TheBlaze but we can at least sort of confirm that Rivera does have a mangled right foot.

"Selfie 2: Beginning next week the sad tale of how my foot was crippled by botched back surgery in prominent New York hospital," Rivera tweeted Friday. "Selfie 2" was a reference to the other photo Rivera took of himself over the summer and tweeted out to the world before subsequently deleting it.

Attached to Rivera's tweet was a picture of what is presumably Rivera's right foot with a bent up big toe resting atop an issue of New Yorker magazine.
