Caught on Video: What a Real Hero Looks Like

A police officer in El Segundo, Calif., risked his life to save a woman from a burning car following a fiery accident on Sunday. The cop's heroic actions were caught on his squad car's dash camera.

The video, which was well on its way to viral status on Tuesday, shows officer Armando Rodriguez rushing to the driver's side of a burning car before pulling a woman from the wreckage. The smoke and flames did little to deter the cop from making the rescue.

There was no one else in the vehicle, Rodriguez reportedly told firefighters when they arrived at the scene. He is now -- rightfully -- being hailed as a hero.
