A dip into the pool reports: Oh

From a White House pool report filed by the New York Times's Sarah Wheaton, who on Tuesday followed President Obama on a tour of the DreamWorks Animation studios in Glendale, Calif.:

Obama watched a clip of his voice coming out of the mouth of a purple alien, named Oh.

"Happy Thanksgiving, everybody. Welcome to the White House," [it said].

"That'll impress the girls," Obama said, though he complained that the ears stick out.
