A Florida man seemingly upset after he was told to stop pleasuring himself in front of his open windows and front door set his entire apartment complex ablaze Sunday night.

According to the Tampa Bay Times, Kenneth Haskins, 58, admitted to setting the fire, telling police he wanted to get back at the community's management.

The 58-year-old suffers a facial deformity from a previous incident where he reportedly shot himself in the face with a shotgun. He had reportedly lived at the Mar Plaza community for more than a decade.

Police arrested Haskins on charges of first-degree arson and he was being held in the Orient Road Jail without bond, the Tampa Bay Times reported.

Investigators determined that flammable liquids were used to start the fire after extinguishing the flames in about 20 minutes.

The fire reportedly left four people homeless and the American Red Cross was called in to assist those displaced.
