You Really Don't Want to Forget to Put Bacon on This Woman’s Sandwich

A Michigan woman allegedly fired a bullet through a McDonald's drive-thru window early Monday morning after the fast food workers forgot to put bacon on her sandwich.

Shaneka Monique Torres, 29, was arraigned in court Monday afternoon for carrying a concealed weapon, discharge of a firearm in or at a building and felony firearms, WOOD-TV reported.

Torres' anger was reportedly initially ignited earlier in the evening when the McDonald's workers got her order wrong. At the time, she was promised a free sandwich at the time of her next visit.

That visit occurred a few hours later, when Torres and a friend went to the fast food restaurant for another meal.

On her second trip, things appeared to be going well for Torres. In fact, she flirted with an employee at the first drive-thru window and even gave him her number, in hopes he would call back, WOOD-TV reported.

But, upon receiving her sandwich without bacon at the second window, the 29-year-old woman reportedly became upset and allegedly fired her gun at the restaurant. The bullet did not hit anybody and went through the other side of the building, according to WOOD-TV.

Police were later able to easily track down Torres — reportedly because of the cell phone number she left while flirting with the McDonald's worker.

She is currently in jail on a $50,000 cash bond, WOOD-TV reported.
