At least three children and one adult were injured Monday after a waterspout launched a bounce house into the air while they were inside, WSVN-TV reported.
The National Weather Service confirmed the waterspout as an EF-0 tornado.
The aqua whirlwind made landfall on Ft. Lauderdale Beach in Florida. Three children were inside the bounce house when it rolled over and was launched into the air, WSVN-TV reported.
All three kids were ejected from about 20 feet in the air and were later taken to a hospital. The children were believed to be between 5 and 6 and years old.
The inflatable landed on a basketball court.
The adult did not seek immediate medical attention.
