How Officer Survived Attack on Dallas Police HQ Is 'Truly a Miracle' — This Video Is Proof
June 13, 2015
Unreal.
A Dallas police officer narrowly escaped death early Saturday morning when a gunman opened fire in an attack seemingly targeting Dallas police headquarters.
Maj. Max Geron, of the Dallas Police Department, posted a video on Saturday showing the officer’s bullet-riddled squad car. One of the bullets actually went through the cop’s seatbelt, front seat and then the backseat.
Heron said it was “truly a miracle” that the officer survived and wasn't hit by gunfire.

The suspected shooter was taken out by a police sniper following an hours-long standoff in Dallas. Police later discovered explosives in the suspect's armored van.
Somehow, no one else was injured during the shootout.
